Brought up in the Pacific Northwest as the oldest of 7 girls, Amber was inspired by getting haircuts in the kitchen with her sisters and fell in love with hair early on. As a 3rd generation hairdresser, she idolized her hair hero’s and couldn’t wait to get behind the chair. With over 17 years in the industry, her wonderment lies in style of eras past; 70s rock and roll and laid back 90s vibes are her muse. Amber was mentored by industry leading artists through Bumble and Bumble and Goldwell. She found a passion for educating during a 12 year run with Bumble, traveling between the PNW and NYC for training where she got to share that education with her peers and clients. Amber continues to educate every client in her chair so they walk away feeling confident in recreating the magic every day- not just in the salon. Amber's training has encouraged her expertise and passion for straight razor cutting- a skill she has been honing for the majority of her career through ongoing education. She also specializes in soft natural hair painting, redheads, curly/wavy textures, and styling. From languid razor cuts paired with soft painted color to gorgeous blow drys, her favorite projects are the ones that make you feel your best.

Her expertise spans various modalities, including aromatherapy and herbalism, all grounded in rigorous study, practice, and certifications.
